Career Exploration & Job Search Process

Our Career Counseling services are great for anyone ready to jump into a career. We offer a comprehensive personality assessment and review of your interests to help you determine the best path forward. We provide detailed information on relevant occupations, as well as guidance on understanding the hidden job market and expanding your networking skills.

Resume or LinkedIn Development Package

This service is for people who do not have a resume or LinkedIn profile. We guide clients on what type of resume to develop, develop content, and provide feedback to help them create a resume and/or LinkedIn profile that is tailored to their specific career goals.

Resume or LinkedIn Review Package

For those who have a resume, we can provide feedback for each resume or LI profile already created by client. This service includes a final proof-reading of a resume or profile.

Interview Preparation Package

Proper preparation leads to great performance! Conducting a successful interview, (whether for a job, internship, college admissions, or a scholarship) requires in-depth research and lots of practice. This package helps individuals learn how to do research for a job and organization and to properly prepare for an in-person or virtual interview. Coaching includes role-playing on challenging and behavioral questions. Two 30 minute mock interview rounds with feedback is included along with follow-up steps post-interview.

Offer-Salary or Promotion Negotiation

Review official job offer letter and other offer materials. Coaching on questions to ask employers and the “art of negotiation”. We also discuss your situation vs. offer, benefits, perks, other conditions. Role play on follow-up negotiation with employer.
